Now Hiring - Inside Sales/Customer Service in Plymouth, MN

We are an established building material supply company looking for a front counter sales person with superior customer service skills to join our team. This position is a full time year-round position Mon-Fri. NO weekends. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of building materials. They will also have organizational skills and be able to multi-task.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Customer service

· Assist Walk-in customers

· Receive and process orders via walk-in, phone, text or email in computer

· Load customer vehicles on will calls

· Keep counter/showroom/mudroom neat and organized

· Keep shelves stocked

· Notify Purchasing of any shortages or low inventories

Inventory Control

· Count and maintain inventory for showroom, mud, bead and screws

· Assist yardmen with inventory and organization

· Assist with shipping/receiving discrepancies

Forklift

· Load customers

· Unload some inbound material

Physical Ability

· Sitting for extended periods of time

· Physical Mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, pulling, and carrying material)

· Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
